C7 Sport Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to experience the ultimate mind-body connection with our gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your C7 Sport purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The Return Process To initiate a return, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items like our weighted vests.
Refunds via PayPal Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment through PayPal. Please note that PayPal may take a few additional business days to reflect the funds in your account.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (e.g., swapping a 10LB vest for an 8LB vest), we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new, separate order to ensure the item does not sell out.
