How Tracking Works As soon as your premium fitness gear is packed and handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.

Understanding Your Tracking Status

• Pre-Transit/Label Created: Your order has been processed by our warehouse and a shipping label has been generated, but the carrier has not yet scanned the package.
• In Transit: Your package is securely on its way to your destination.
• Out for Delivery: The package has reached your local post office or distribution center and will be delivered today.

Missing or Delayed Updates? Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation email. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if you encounter any payment verification delays via PayPal, please contact our support team at support@c7sport.co. Be sure to include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
